Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within thirty (30) days of confirmed delivery. To qualify, items must be:

- Returned in original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items

Return Process
To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team at support@tajaratstore.com within the return window. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
Restocking Fee
Tajarat Store reserves the right to apply a restocking fee where applicable.
